 Team WOD: 10 rounds of Nancy:

15 Weighted Burpees (25/15)

400M Run
15 Overhead Squats 95/65


–Da rulez:

  • Partners do alternating rounds
  • The partner not doing work has an active rest of:
    • 75 Double Unders. If you cannot do Double Unders  OR
    • 20 Burpees
  • You have to complete your active rest before you can start your round
  • Once the non-doing-Nancy partner completes the active rest, they can start actively doing a passive rest (hahahaha)
